BAD KNITTING NEWS

YOU HEARD ME---I finished my Peace Cardigan, but I have to take it apart and make the body longer because it is too small across the back--DARN...Everyone who saw it thought is was FAB, but it is just too darn small. I know I am repeating myself, but it is a bitter pill to swallow. I will not be able to get to it till July. I have my design submissions for Knitsimple to finish and I had 2 designs accepted by Knitscene I will be working on all of June--I never give up-so I will be back you can count on it.

It's always discouraging when you discover you have to redo a knit, but I'm sure once you're recharged with the new knitting design assignments, you'll be ready and eager to tackle the Peace Cardi again :) KSH can also be hard to fix a gauge with. Good luck!

Oh, Edna, that sucks!

But I know the submissions are worth it. Hell, you're a cover girl!

That's terrible. I'm sorry Edna. :)

I'm not going to cry any big tears for you, because having tried it on, I know that your design is wonderful, and all it needs is a little redo to make the fit perfect. It's going to be great whenever it's done. In the meantime you can savor getting the cover for knitscene...

Well Edna, I'm sure it's going to be all the more perfect the next time around. Best of luck working on your design submissions!
