Thanks and knit bits
I wanted to post with an update. I asked Tuesday for positive thoughts/prayers on my pregnancy issues and all that was sent our way really, really helped. I was well taken care of and, with some medication, able to keep at bay the pre-term labor. I know the key component to this success was the waves of support I felt from this amazing community. I have great love and gratitude in my heart for the response my request generated from people I have yet to meet in our world…it is a statement to the caliber of people who knitblog. What a wonderful thing, that the simple act of creating can bring us into contact. I have very positive feelings regarding the progress of this pregnancy and the eventual safe delivery of the beans…knowing there are kind souls out there; mothers, grandmas, sisters, women (and maybe even a man/daddy) pulling for us makes 7 weeks seem like a truly ‘do-able’ task. Once again, thank you from the heart. I do actually have some knitting to show, for the last few days have yielding countless knitting hours.I hesitate to call my project ‘design’ as it is so simple, rudimentary in comparison to the last post on lace. Nevertheless, I feel inordinately proud of the attempt. I have only knit as far as pictured and look forward to trying out the planned neckline. I might leave both shoulders open with buttons to give it all a little personality. Right now it is looking like I am knitting a fancy wifebeater for my babies (hope that term flies, its just what I call them), the buttons will redeem it. So, I expect some rapid progress. Until then, knit on, CALers. I love the variety and inspiration from this site.

Your design is very much a design and it's looking very cute. Often simple is best. You'll learn a lot along the way and you can apply that to the things you design later.

I am so HAPPY everyone is A. O. K. I think the T Shirts will be so cute on the Twins.
I'm really glad you're feeling better, Amiee. Looking good on the design.
